Students graduating from Secondary 6 in the 2024-2025 academic year are requested to personally collect their HKDSDE certificates at the Office from 3/11/2025 to 28/11/2025. A valid ID must be presented upon collection.

1. Collection Time:

   Monday to Friday (school days): 9:00 – 1700

   Saturday: 9:00 – 12:00

   (Excluding public holidays)

2. If you are unable to collect the certificate in person, please prepare an authorization letter and a copy of your ID for the authorized person to collect it.

3. The Examination and Assessment Authority requests the school to inform candidates to collect their certificates as soon as possible and verify the personal information on the certificates. If there are any errors, the certificates and the completed application form should be returned to the Examination and Assessment Authority for processing as soon as possible. Applications can be submitted through the school free of charge before 31/12/2025. After this date, applications must be made in person to the Examination and Assessment Authority along with a processing fee of $297 (but no later than 31/3/2026).
